This elderly man was targeted today (easy victim) by some cowardly young bum squeak who works for Liverpool City Council, he was dishing out fines on County Road in Liverpool!! This area is socially and economically deprived, people are skint and haven’t got a pot to piss in!! The man put a cigarette butt down a grid and was fined £150!! The council litter police, who was a proper jobs worth by the way, would not dare approach someone who would tell him to just fuck off because he hasn’t got the balls!!

Neymar had more flare, a more natural talent and flow, incredible technique Rooney had an elite work rate and mentality, he was an absolute monster These debates come up all the time between mentality monsters and natural talents, the biggest example being Ronaldo vs Messi, but across other sports it’s the same too like O’Sullivan vs Hendry, Djokovic vs Federer etc etc, it really depends on what you prefer in a player imo. Natural talent always impresses, even people who don’t watch the sport will be inspired by moments of natural pure instinct, but an elite mentality is something equally respectable, just usually less flashy Idk that’s my two cents anyway
