And just like that... The video was pulled from Niconico. But, fandom acted quickly on both sides of the Pacific, and the file has been downloaded.

Earlier today, 4K restorations of #GODZILLA VS #MOTHRA & VS #DESTROYAH were screened at Toho's corporate HQ in Tokyo. Both of these 4K restorations will play in select Japanese cinemas early next year. News courtesy of former #Toho visual effects cinematographer Keiichi Sakurai.

@DJNottingham1 @14_kaiju @actualvillainTV They had an animatronic - sort of - for SHIN, but it didn't perform to the directors' standards. So, they scrapped it. Conversely, they also built some miniatures & combined them with CG, which were in the finished movie.

CORRECTION: The Godzilla Fest MC, after the opening video, asserted "-0.0" brings it closer the '54 original, so would like to see, per tradition, miniatures & suitmation combined w/CG. In my excitement, I misheard. So, I apologize for jumping to that conclusion. m(__)'m
