@ExpediaIN I am still awaiting a response from you post sharing my details. Still have not received a single email from Expedia confirming and/or explaining anything. The return ticket has been cancelled arbitrarily and seems like no one is willing to take responsibility for that. HELP! 🙏

@ExpediaIN Well.. the manager called blamed the airlines and said that I was being ‘hypothetical’ about my experience with his team member which sounds beyond infuriating as they have just literally taken away my ticket, taken money for rescheduling and then failed. OWN UP.

The customer representative has now cancelled my ticket, taken a debit from my account, and then failed to book me on the flight. It’s been 5.5 hours of this absolute shit, and he has now told me that he will not be able to transfer time to his manager.

Have been on a 5 hour long call with Expedia India after wanting to change my ticket - a simple request. Have spent the entire day on hold, managing between my calls being dropped constantly on purpose by representatives. @ExpediaIN (1/2)
