I have data on the overall IB breakout. 9:30-10:00 IB & 9:30-10:30 IB. Using their rules (target the high/low that formed second).
Its roughly 55-58% on both nq and es.

The pace is slower, the moves are often more directional, and it's generally much more forgiving on entries. No chasing, no wild swings—just letting the setup come to you.

Personally for me, I just stick to targeting the probable side of ib and using vwaps, once you find something,dont change it, repeat it!

@AaronBaner @VClouette Yeah that’s what I’m trying to do. Lately I’ve been trying to cut my trades early if I think it becomes a weaker set up, and I do like the idea of that, but I notice if I cut early and price hits TP I get really annoyed 😂

@MNY939 @JohnWayne159727 @MrZincx I’ve done my backtesting and for IB25 i have about a 65-70% win rate. Longer term it’s 65% but 0.8Rr targeting the 0.16 extension

@JohnWayne159727 @Rahul2profitabl @MrZincx Edgeflul says when the low/high forms second. That should be targeted. Edgeful has it consistently 75-80%. Very misleading.
I went back a year. Its about 58% which is enough to be profitable. But thats alot different than 75-80%.
Edgeful is a scam.

Thanks man. But seeing it run to TP right after I stop myself out to manage risk really stings.
Especially after going on tilt yesterday and losing my 3 fundeds. Went on tilt due to 3 losses in a row (not major) but also problems I had to deal with in my personal life which clouded my judgement and caused me to be undisciplined.
Need to learn to control my emotions or lock out when something is affecting my judgement or peace in my personal life

First trade on New 5x 50k evals Took an L Got out early because stays show when price closed in the 25-50% area for the Globex hour—it only takes the low first 50% of the time. And that’s a coin flip, so I got out early. But it’s going down and almost taking the low. Super frustrating week for me

Wow. This is the type of day that causes me to tilt …
My exit was the green line IB50, but got out bc hourly close didn’t give the best stats.
Front ran the trade and took an L. If I stayed in I’d be up quite a bit. Bummer

Like 3 back to back with smaller risk all Ls Had some problems in my personal life which was messing up my mental last 2 days. Mix of that and 3 losses in a row led me to tilt and lose all my accounts smh. Truly upset right now. Gonna try and bounce back but I’ve yet to hit my first payout
