@RahulCodes2 really depends but if you have good technical foundations for your site, you target long tail keywords, and have a few backlinks, it shouldn't take too long

Follow your passion. Build in public. Launch on Product Hunt. That is exactly how I spent 3 months building an app just to get 0 paying users.
