Shocking Reality of Justice Swarnkanta ‼️⚠️ Ishaan Sharma (son) completed his law degree in 2017 and began practicing the same year. Shortly after Justice Swarnkanta’s elevation to the High Court in 2022, he was empanelled on Central Government panels in 2023. Within just 5–6 years of his career, he was assigned 5,904 cases between 2023 and 2025, an extraordinarily high number that places him among the top ten counsels in terms of case allocations, out of nearly 700 panel counsels in the Supreme Court. In contrast, many others take years to reach such a position and may receive as little as a single case in an entire year. This also carries significant financial benefits. With a per-docket appearance fee of ₹9,000, the total earnings could exceed ₹5 crore in just two years, given the volume of cases assigned. Additionally, after Justice Swarnkanta became a High Court judge, her daughter was also empanelled on the Central Government panel. SG, Tushar Mehta, is assigning cases to both the son and daughter of Justice Swarnkanta, while also appearing in matters against Kejriwal ji. This raises serious concerns about fairness and the perception of justice and How can justice be served in these circumstances.

A man yesterday called me and was upset in his married life. I am confused what exactly he can do..! His lines- 32M, Bangalore. Married for 4 years. I love my wife. I’ve always tried to be the kind of husband who shows it through actions — being present, supportive, involved. I’ve helped her grow, stood by her, celebrated her wins like they were mine. She’s not just my partner, she’s my best friend. Life with her has been… genuinely good. But a few days ago, everything shifted. I found out that during some of her trips… she crossed a line. It wasn’t just once. It repeated in every trip. It seems like something that happened occasionally over the years. Not emotional, not a relationship… but still, a betrayal. And I’m stuck trying to understand it. How does someone who laughs with you, shares life with you, builds a home with you… also do something like this behind your back? Was I not enough? Or was this never about me? Was I bad in bed? People say men should be strong, practical… but no one really talks about what it feels like when your trust gets hit like this. It’s not just anger. It’s confusion. It’s disappointment. It’s that silent question that keeps repeating.

Supreme Court hears a matrimonial case: Husband: I don’t want a divorce. Court: divorce is filed by wife? On what grounds? Husband: cruelty and desertion. Court: false charge of adultery, you could not prove, that itself is ground for divorce. Wife is not asking for alimony? Husband: no Court: you should be happy. Are you a software engineer? Husband: now I am a freelancer. Court: everyone becomes unemployed after divorce proceedings are filed. Wife says she has resigned, husband will say he has given up his job, he has been thrown out on the complaint of the wife, something or the other. Now you have become freelancer. Court: did you prove adultery against her? Husband: no. Wife: I have solemnised a second marriage after divorce was granted by trial court and upheld by high court. Husband: please hear me for a moment. Court: pay 50 lakhs (to wife) [as permanent alimony] Husband: that is not even her demand. Court: no, we are saying that. Husband: may I make one more submission. We can explore custody of child through mediation. Court: dismissed.
