@sony_india I recently learnt that your team is well aware of high failure rates with panel in X85J series of TV and this is a manufacturing issue. If that’s true, is it fair to ask your customers to pay 30% of TV cost when the panel fails? @jagograhakjago @nch1915 @JoshiPralhad

@sony_india My Sony TV KD-43X74K (3 yrs old, S/N: 7004387, Order ID: OD226071716544274000) has been a nightmare: motherboard failed twice, Wi-Fi module failed, and now the panel is dead with ₹18,000 repair cost quoted. Very poor reliability for a premium brand. Please help me

Bought Sony Bravia KD-55X80K in Aug 2022. Barely 3 years later, the display has failed.Cost of the TV was INR 80K. They are asking INR 24K for a new display. For a premium brand, this is pathetic product quality.@SonyIndia @SonySupport – is this what customers should expect?
