@MyntraSupport You can't exchange the product with the right one because it is available at a higher price. This is the experience you want for every customer. Better stop writing a copy paste reply and initiate an exchange in place of refund.

@CRED_club ordered something marketed as a large phool makhana by Jivika but the product I received was equivalent to the wastage that is left over. Raised a ticket and nothing yet after 48 hours.
Arrange a pickup and initiate the refund asap. There were 2 orders
