@AkasaAir Pl do not take pride in keeping the customers on hold averaging more than 45 mins who call up your customer care . This is my my experience since yesterday afternoon. Called up at least 5 times since yesterday for a solution . No response on the email as well.

@reliancejio @JioCare This is how Jio fibre connections are given. Wires suspended so that monkeys can dance & break it at their will. Request for OTB box not being entertained for the past 5 months. Paid for another connection but no one cares. Never expected this from Jio😔

The amount in question is very small but the trust is invaluable.
