So after several years of using @RailMiles to log my railway journeys, I won’t be using them anymore

@RailwayExplorer Sorry to hear that, but the price of RailMiles hasn't increased since early 2023 although we do accept it's a little hard to find the RailMiles only packages on the subscriptions service (which we are working on). We have no current plans to increase prices, however.

We've released an update to RailMiles in preparation for a series of improvements and updates to all of our products. Including display names and site titles. More information is available on the @RealtimeTrains blog.

@RailMiles evening, I'm trying to enter my journey tonight (18:29 NCL - KGX 1E24) but railmiles can't find it, others have tried for me and they can't find it either. It definitely ran though!

Our last update on new handbook is that @RailMiles have renewed their link with the club and continues to offer our members a discount on their subscriptions. Why not check out their Twitter page for those of you that keep a log of all your train travels.

Due to the continued changes with the Twitter API, we're no longer able to handle queries through our normal support systems. While we're still here for support, replies may take longer than normal as we adapt our processes.

@wdywdoig Only £1 increase with our new direct debit option too. Much cheaper for us to receive funds that way and helps everyone by keeping it a smaller amount every few months. (this time I'll do it right...)

Our prices will be rising for the first time since 2019 on 1st April by around 10% due to server operational cost increases. Full details in the coming days. We've tried best to keep current rates, but advised this week of significant increases causing unavoidable rises.

@O_TTravels You always need to renew your subscription manually. You can do that in My RailMiles.

@RailMiles Will my subscription automatically renew in March or do I have to do it manually?

@penguinh_ No it doesn't, you have two months to renew before your account is deleted normally - unless you contact us.

@RailMiles do all my journeys get wiped if I don't renew my subscription before it ends?

@Nick_on_Trains Try inserting them tomorrow - it's a known glitch that we're in the process of sorting. It doesn't affect journeys if you insert them the day after.
