Travelling in 2A on train 16512 today and the coach condition is terrible. Seats are dirty and dusty, and there is a visible gap at the side of the side lower and upper berths making it uncomfortable. Please look into this urgently. @RailMinIndia @RailMadad @IRCTCofficial
