I’m still confused, even though Davie Fogarty has done over $1B in online sales… Why is he selling courses/coaching? Nothing wrong with it at all, but the math doesn’t add up in my head. If you’ve built that level of revenue, why focus on selling $2K coaching? Feels like I’m missing something here.

Luc is a genius nerd and I say that with love But he has a blind spot that cost the Cobratate operation tens of millions of dollars and nobody in that circle will ever admit it to your face Luc is the best operator I've ever worked with behind the scenes. This story either isn’t true or there are many things omitted. When the FTC sues you for things like this they come after all of your revenue. As business owners we know revenue does not equal profit so the FTC essentially wants to put you in a position where every single dollar you have is taken from you. You have to tell them all your assets, if you lie they will throw you in jail. They will tally up all your assets and settle for what they are worth. In this case his friend was sued and the only $ he had to his name was $1,000,000 so the FTC took it. @RobertFreundLaw feel free to chime in here …..
