There's so much "looksmaxxing" knowledge that normies have YET TO discover.
For example:
Bench pressing can make you go bald.
I remember in 2013 watching this old ass grainy video of some grandpa [probably recorded in the early 2000s] demonstrating how bench pressing is the hidden cause of balding for many gymgoers.
How many of you niggaz have EVER heard of that?
The occipital artery is the main vessel supplying blood to the posterior scalp.
And because of the angle you're in when bench pressing [laying down and pressing up],
A LOT OF PEOPLE tend to involuntarily crank their necks and compress the occipital artery.
The compression/pinching of that causes localized reduction of blood circulation.
Over time, you start getting weaker hair follicles.
I see people talk about DHT this DHT that all the time,
It is, in actual fact, BENCH PRESS that is NUKING YOUR NORWOOD.
