haven't see a worst phone support than this. You listen to all options and then you press and number as instructed only get a message that it was invalid entry.

@LGIndia Worst … he says parts not available!!!! Is this the LG service? My number is 9845071018. I hope this tweet reaches the corporate office and you will seriously reconsider this service centres ethics.

@LGIndia Terrible Service for LG product. THis is a 6 year old double door LG product and a pipe at the bottom of the door which is mean for water dispensing broke. What I understand is that the entire door has to be replaced as the technician does not know how to repair.
