@LGIndia very poor service. Complaint was made on 25/04 for cooling complaint on fridge. Someone came after few days and got the service fee without fixing the issue. Said that will come back in one or 2 days to fix, they never came back until now.

@LGIndia Bought 2 identical LG ACs, same day install. One cools instantly, the other barely cools at same settings. Gas refilled, then blamed on remote settings—issue still not fixed. How can identical units perform so differently? Need proper resolution ASAP. #LG

Used @LGIndia microwave 3 times—happy customer initially. But latest: defective delivery, insisted on replacement, then major repair (<2 yrs, ₹8K cost). @VijaySales claims 2-yr warranty on original, 1-yr post-replacement. 3 emails to LG: no response. Service center useless.

Day1-Got AC from @LGIndia on 01.05.2026 and told to be installed within a Day. Only got call and more than 48 hours have passed and no one showed. Wondering about warranty next for 10 years. Strictly not recommended going for @LGIndia @LGE_Global @jagograhakjago .Worst service.
