@LGIndia very poor service. Complaint was made on 25/04 for cooling complaint on fridge. Someone came after few days and got the service fee without fixing the issue. Said that will come back in one or 2 days to fix, they never came back until now.

@LGIndia Bought 2 identical LG ACs, same day install. One cools instantly, the other barely cools at same settings. Gas refilled, then blamed on remote settings—issue still not fixed. How can identical units perform so differently? Need proper resolution ASAP. #LG

@LGIndia No answers to warranty/major repair queries. Instead, your messages say another complaint & tech visit—that’s not the issue. If unresolved, I’ll buy new. Can’t justify ₹8K repair cost in 1.5 yrs on a defective product. Quality declining + zero customer care!

Used @LGIndia microwave 3 times—happy customer initially. But latest: defective delivery, insisted on replacement, then major repair (<2 yrs, ₹8K cost). @VijaySales claims 2-yr warranty on original, 1-yr post-replacement. 3 emails to LG: no response. Service center useless.
