@LGIndia I complained about my AC a 10 days back and there was no response, since I tweeted they asked me to share the details and eversince one guy has come to visit the AC and then disappeared…. No conclusion still. This is pathetic.

@LGIndia repetadely Im saying your record is wrong tv is not working fine that’s the reason I’m posting regularly but you guys are not listening . Is it very easy to say faulty product is working fine but actually we the customers are suffering and feeling cheated by @LGIndia and @global_lge . This is the 3rd time and simply you guys says it’s working fine without doing any investigation and check have also posted the picture and marked the problem on tv in multiple post but you guys are justifying it by saying it’s normal . What kind of company you are . Who don’t trust your own customer and instead of solving problem you guys are defending your faulty product .

@LGIndia worst customer service everyday we have to follow-up to replace or refund for tv which is in warranty period more than 45 days @LGIndia and @global_lge share only one message that they are working but nothing they do . Never buy any lg product .

@LGIndia RNP260309050877 raised on 9th March for AC not working issue. No one has called or are either responding to call from Faridabad service center. Customer care is as usual helpless. AC is under AMC still no one is doing anything. I will have to report this to consumer court.

This is for your information that the Service Manager Shubham Dixit mobile number +91 98111 02817 has been giving me a run around. He had called me yesterday stating that the air conditioner would be picked up today but till now no one has called or picked it for the workshop repair. I will never buy an LG product again as you guys are totally worthless and provide absolute crap service to your customers.

Hi @LGIndia @LGUS . I am writing as I am very dissatisfied with your services. Here is my issue. I have 2 window Air conditioners and these are old models. (LW). Last year when I had called your service technician, they had asked me to do an AMC for 2 years for which I had paid Rs. 11000. Now on the 10th of March I locked a ticket to book my services again this year, the technician came but refused to service or even take them to the workshop for repair as they have been told that they won’t service old models. I feel cheated and now I am getting no help. Either refund my Rs. 11000 or fix the AC. The RNP number is RNP260310066522. I have also raised an escalations and that case number is VCP260313039336. Additionally here is the AMC Form number 16831972. Please call me and help me.
