@Oneiric47 I don't know, man... maybe we see him as a different level athlete. I think he's in the T-Mac tier for functional athleticism+explosion. Violent hop step...he'll just be bigger, stronger, and maybe faster than whoever guards him.

@Oneiric47 Darryn is also a well-above-average athlete. He was clearly playing injured. He can get to the rim, even if that isn't his main game. He didn't play make this year because he literally could not trust his teammates to knock down shots. He flashes exceptional passing IQ and vision

@Oneiric47 I'm not putting it all on the team; I'm just not out on their talent levels at all. AJ's defense is nothing special, but it's passable from the film I've watched. I'm confused by your other point--AJ is an elite athlete, and knocks down the mid-range with good consistency...
