It should be tied to current expiration date, but they are considering CE credit submission date. So it's better to sit with your CE credit than to submit early.

I think the recertification dates should be tied to the date of the current certification expiration. Cisco needs to look at this.

Hmm, did I understand it correctly that #Cisco CE credits are applied based on date on completion and not when you submit? So doesn't matter if you sit on the credits?
When you recertify, can you use same courses next time? I guess the progress resets? @LearningatCisco
