@arnuX05 IPL is a DOMESTIC LEAGUE and it was the decision of Kolkata Knight Riders, not the BCCI. You can't link the Domestic issue with T20 international issue. This case case has no standing. It'll be Bangladesh who will suffer in the verdict.

If the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) chooses to approach the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), it is fully within its rights to do so. Regardless of whether the case is ultimately deemed strong or not. If Bangladesh has its own legal reasoning and grounds, it has every right to take the ICC to CAS. The rest will be for the court to determine. CAS will assess whether the case has sufficient merit. If the case lacks solid grounds, it will be dismissed; if it is found to be well-founded, the verdict may go in BCB’s favour.
