@raleys I bought a half gallon of milk at your Petaluma, CA store a few days ago; best by date 01/24/2026. I used maybe 1/4 of the carton. Today, I opened the carton to spoiled milk. Alex, at the Petaluma store stated that policy is not to allow this return. Is this correct?

@raleys AJ’s use to be my go to store especially for specialty items. Well you all have dumbed it down to ordinary. I guess Raley’s out of CA is trying to make grocery shopping a bad social experience. I go to Whole Foods now.
