Republican Congressman Thomas Massie reveals what many suspected: Trump vetoed a bipartisan clean drinking water project in Rep. Lauren Boebert’s district after she backed a petition to release the Epstein files. After the veto back in December, Boebert strongly criticized Trump, saying: “I sincerely hope this veto has nothing to do with political retaliation for calling out corruption and demanding accountability.” “Nothing says ‘America First’ like denying clean drinking water to 50,000 people in Southeast Colorado.” In any normal country, a president who did something like this would be forced to resign. We cannot normalize this corruption. Impeach!

Lavrov again warns there will be “No mErCY” if anyone tries to disrupt Moscow’s pathetic little parade. Oh no. What will Russia do? Bomb schools, hospitals, churches and kindergartens? Kill women, children and the elderly? Try to freeze civilians to death? Oh wait.

Some are under the assumption that Iran will: 1. Voluntarily give up the Hormuz 2. Voluntarily give up thier nuclear 3. Voluntarily give up their proxies 4. Voluntarily give up their missiles This will never happen, it’s all a waste of time

Putin’s fear is growing. The broadcast of the Moscow parade on May 9 will not be aired live, but rather on a time delay—this is reported by *Yozh*, citing sources at Channel One. Furthermore, the Kremlin has barred foreign journalists from attending the parade and abruptly revoked their accreditations; this is reported by the German magazine *Der Spiegel*. This marks the first time such an incident has occurred in the entire history of the parade in Russia.

Trump’s sons just signed a weapons deal with the Air Force during a war Congress never authorized. Amazon paid $40 million for a Melania documentary, then won a $581 million no-bid Pentagon contract. The corruption is not hidden anymore. It is the business model. November cannot come fast enough.

Rubio declares that U.S. efforts to negotiate between Russia and Ukraine "has not led to a fruitful outcome for a variety of reasons" and have now "stagnated." Really? Maybe they stagnated because the strategy of pressuring the victim to surrender to an aggressor, who would almost certainly murder us under occupation, was stillborn from the start. Perhaps, instead, you could try putting pressure on Russia and arming Ukraine to make this war unbearable for the ones actually choosing to wage it every day?

The day before Putin’s parade: Ukrainian drones launch massive attacks on Russia; Russia is in shock—Moscow, the refinery in Yaroslavl, and factories in Rostov are in the crosshairs. In Moscow, flight operations at the airports have been restricted. In Yaroslavl, a fire is raging at the Slavneft-YANOS refinery—one of the largest in all of Russia. And in Rostov, a major blaze is sweeping through the industrial district—according to initial reports, in the vicinity of the Empils plant as well as at defense industry facilities. Ukraine is striking back in kind. However, it targets military objectives—not civilians, as Putin’s scum-troops do. As a reminder: Russia had violated the Ukrainian ceasefire 8,000 times.

RFK Jr’s son has Long Covid. His kid was disabled by the virus and he still pushes the incorrect and eugenicist narrative that only the old and sick have to worry. His kid has a chronic disease now. His kid IS the “expendable”. This man is a monster.

Tennessee Republicans did it. The final vote is in. They just gutted the only Black-majority district to lock in more Republican power. Black voters shut out, representation erased. Call it what it is, a white supremacy power grab. And a shameful day for Tennessee, the birth place of the KKK.

If Lutnick is not asked about this when he testifies in Congress today, it would be profound negligence. Here’s proof that he lied about his relationship with Epstein and had deeper financial ties with the sex criminal than he admitted. motherjones.com/politics/2026/…

BREAKING: US DOJ is investigating $2.6 BILLION in suspicious oil trades linked to the Iran war. Traders placed massive bets on falling oil prices just before Trump’s announcements on ceasefires, strike delays, and Strait of Hormuz updates, moves that sent prices plunging. DOJ + CFTC are now probing at least 4 of these perfectly timed trades. No confirmed insider trading yet, but this follows the same pattern from March/April that already triggered Senate scrutiny.

BREAKING: Trump's "Project Freedom" collapsed after Saudi Arabia and Kuwait suspended US military access to their bases, airspace, and overflight rights, per NBC News and Ryan Grim. The Kingdom blocked the US from flying aircraft out of Prince Sultan Airbase or through Saudi airspace, completely grounding the operation and removing the air defense umbrella protecting ships in transit. Saudi leadership was "furious" after Trump announced Project Freedom on Truth Social without notifying them. Qatar and Oman were also blindsided, with Trump only contacting them after the operation began. A direct call between Trump and Crown Prince MBS failed to resolve the situation.

Independent estimates warn the Iran War has cost $72B so far — nearly triple what Trump's DoD has admitted. That's over $1 billion per day. People don't want this. They want a living wage. They want healthcare. They want affordable housing. They want their basic needs met.

🦔Five major publishing houses (Elsevier, Cengage, Hachette, Macmillan, McGraw Hill) and author Scott Turow sued Meta and Mark Zuckerberg in federal court Tuesday, alleging Zuckerberg personally authorized the illegal use of millions of copyrighted books and journal articles to train Llama. Authors represented include James Patterson, Donna Tartt, Joe Biden, and two of this year's Pulitzer Prize winners. Meta's defense rests on the position that AI training on copyrighted material qualifies as fair use, citing recent court rulings. The case follows Anthropic's $1.5 billion settlement last year in a similar suit, with a final approval hearing scheduled for next week. My Take The fair use defense Meta is leaning on does not actually settle this question, because the recent Anthropic ruling specifically held that training on copyrighted works can be fair use only when those works were obtained legally. Meta is alleged to have used pirated databases including LibGen, which is the part of the complaint that distinguishes this case from the cleaner test cases the industry would prefer to litigate. The $1.5 billion Anthropic paid to settle a smaller scale of infringement is a useful benchmark for what Meta's exposure could look like if the publishers prove the works were obtained from pirate sources. The two-tier justice frustration in the public response is fair, because an individual torrenting one movie can face statutory damages of $150,000 per work, while a trillion-dollar company allegedly downloading millions of pirated books to build a commercial product is treated as a civil dispute that gets settled in dollars the company barely notices on its balance sheet. The structural issue is that copyright enforcement was designed for a world where the infringer was usually smaller than the rightsholder, and the AI training era has inverted that completely. My read is that Meta will fight this hard because settling sets a precedent for every other dataset they used, and the publishers know it, which is why this case is going to be defended on principle rather than dollars on both sides. You and Trump have cut food assistance by nearly $200 billion and decimated our agriculture sector. If anyone is a direct threat to our security, it's you.
Secretary Brooke Rollins@SecRollins

Food security is national security. If America cannot feed itself, it cannot fully defend itself — and that reality puts at risk the freedom and security that generations of Americans have fought and died to preserve over the last 250 years. For too long, we have treated agriculture as separate from national security, while losing farmland, production capacity, and control of critical supply chains without enough accountability. That must change. Under @POTUS, we are correcting that course — ensuring agriculture is fully integrated into our national security strategy. The National Farm Security Action Plan reflects that commitment, protecting American farmland, strengthening domestic production, and putting America’s food system back where it belongs: in American hands. 🇺🇸
