Viendo la setie documental "Somos lo qur comemos" en @NetflixES. Interesante porque plantea la evolución de dos gemelos comiendo dietas diferentes a partir de un punto similar. Sin embargo, el 80% del documental va a acerca de los males de la producción de carne.

@juagut @rafetavlc Creo que la historia es más larga y complicada. Cauces, barrancos, etc mal mantenidos por administraciones de todos los colores ("arterias taponadas"), ineficiencia del gobierno autonómico, ineficiencia y cinismo del gobierno central. Un sistema que no está funcionando.
