@MumukshuSavitri It's possible. My G.Grandpa started a Tamil school in Maharashtra a century ago. Also, DTEA schools in Delhi.
This way children could learn in their native tongues even in other stars. Requires Hindus to run their schools without state interference which Indian law doesn't allow

I agree that regional language should be primary language but it is also hard for school kids whose parents move to other states. As a kid, my parents moved across many states. Each time it was tough to learn a brand new language & yet give the exams at a much higher class level.
