Young mother air transferred for VV ECMO. No risk factors, no comorbid conditions. The battle is still far from over. Stay vigilant and encourage everyone to vaccinate. Although we can see some light at the end of this tunnel, not a time for complacency.

Dr Chirdeep Patel our MCS fellow did this case skin to skin. Surgical turndown Critical LM with CTO RCA. IVUS guided DK Crush with Impella in CKD patient. Total contrast 48cc. He used CO2 angio for large bore access and completion angio. Awesome to see such expertise.
