How much should a cardiologist (who has debt, expenses, & doesn’t start until ~ age 34) make for placing a stent & stopping a heart attack (2 am/pm doesn’t matter)? $674 Not asking for more. But people should know we only get 2% of that bill you get. We’re not the enemy.

Tried penumbra lightening 12 to debulk a tricuspid veg yesterday, somewhat difficult to steer and less powerful due to size limitation.

AngioVac is very effective in treating clot this clot in transit. Total time on pump 2 minutes. 26F venous access for Vac and 19F venous return. Have not tried AlphaVac because we have been very successful with this strategy. Is AlphaVac as good, better, or not as powerful?
