If just 10% of positions in Pakistan were allocated purely on merit and open selection, the country could become a huge economic power. Unfortunately, corrupt and unethical individuals consistently sideline competent people simply to mask their own insecurities. It's like a smuggler who still prays when called to Salat, if only a 10% pathway were cleared for the deserving...There should be a strict policy in this regard. #Pakistan
