I have an international payment sent by my airline to my HBL account on 28th April, 2026, the transaction is still pending. HBL don’t have any international number nor they reply to emails. I have been HBL customer all my life but this is so pathetic @HBLPak

The ‘IT Company with a banking license’ @HBLPak’s app infra is broken since they updated their banking system. Statements missing entries, entries missing context, and transfers timing out with money vanishing into thin air for hours. All that if you are lucky enough to sign in.

@HBLPak It is a curse being a customer of HBL, it takes 25 mins to access helpline, even in emergency it is. useless to contact once they take 25 min +, mins to attend calls.... Poor rather worst service

@HBLPak I visited 3 HBL ATM today in posh area of #Bahawalpur in the morning & evening i.e Dubai Chowk, Ghalla Mandi and Model town A branches. But all 3 ATM machines are out of order. Is it a co-incidence or a pre-planned activity? Anyone there to respond?

کی سروسز دن با دن پستی کی جانب گامزن کیوں ہیں؟ فون بینکنگ پر 15 منٹ کے انتظار کے بعد بھی نمایندہ فون نہیں اٹھاتا۔ میسج سروس کے ماہانہ 125 روپے باقایدگی سے کاٹے تو جا رہے مگر سہولت ہمیں میسر نہیں۔ کوئی ہے جوابدہی کیلئے کہ نہیں؟

میں HBL کا اکاؤنٹ ہولڈر نہیں ہوں شکر ہے۔ لیکن جب جب کبھی کسی نے اس فارغ بنک کا چیک دیا ہے، اس بنک نے رج کر ذلیل کیا ہے۔
آج ایک چیک کیش کروانا ہوا، 9:37 پر اندر داخل ہو کر ٹوکن لیا جو میرا نمبر 16 نمبر تھا اور 8 نمبر چل رہا تھا۔ ابھی 10:20 منٹ تک صرف 13 نمبر تک پہنچا ہے۔ مطلب 43 منٹ میں 5 بندوں کا کام کیا۔
کم از کم 40 بندے لائن میں لگے ہوئے کسی ایک کی ہمت نہیں ہوئی کہ مینجر کو کہہ سکے کہ اتنی بڑی برانچ میں کیش کاؤنٹر پر ایک بندہ کیوں سرو کر رہا ہے۔ کم از کم یہ برانچ 3-4 بندے کیش کاؤنٹر پر ہونے چاہیے، بڑی برانچ ہے اور شہر کی مین لوکیشن پر واقع ہے۔ ایچ بی ایل کا ہرا برانچ میں یہی حال ہے، ذلیل کر دیتے لوگوں کو۔
