.@HBLPak I got assigned a new account number while older one remains active. However, since that assignment, my account statement isn't getting updated & last transaction I see is of 8 March stating "The balance is carried forward into the new core banking system". Please fix it

@HBLPak My Visa card blocked when the HBL upgrade to new logo went on. Since then I have been making call to supports, visiting branches multiple times, emailed time and again to customer support but very much disappointed. I have been having salary account for the last 13 years.

Hello @HBLPak کل رات پمپ پر کا کارڈ استعمال کیا جو کام نہ کر سکا۔ پھر HBL ایپ سے پر ٹرانسفر کی کوشش کی تو وہ بھی فیل ہو گیا اور بتایا گیا کہ اکاؤنٹ بلاک ہے۔ہیلپ لائن پر دو بار طویل گفتگو ہوئی ایک نمائندہ کہتا ہے شناختی کارڈ بلاک ہے، دوسرا کہتا ہے اکاؤنٹ بلاک ہے۔ پانچ گھنٹے سفر کر کے مین برانچ پہنچا تو معلوم ہوا نہ اکاؤنٹ بلاک تھا نہ شناختی کارڈ صرف سسٹم ایشو تھا۔ سوال یہ ہے: کیا صارفین کو درست معلومات دینا ہیلپ لائن کی ذمہ داری نہیں؟ کیا اب سروس کا معیار وہ نہیں رہا جو پہلے تھا؟ امید ہے HBL اس معاملے کا نوٹس لے گا تاکہ کسی اور صارف کو یہ اذیت نہ اٹھانی پڑے۔مجھے جو ذہنی اذیت ملی ہے اس کا ذمہ دار کون؟ @StateBank_Pak @Financegovpk @WingFinance #CustomerService #HBL
