Adam Hinshelwood would be a superb appointment for @SUFCRootsHall. Young, ambitious and proven at this level. He transformed Worthing, handled pressure at York and plays exciting, attacking football Roots Hall would love. Fingers crossed the rumours are true. 🦐🦐

David Artell is an ambitious name Southend are looking at. Understand IF he’s willing to speak with the club he’d be first choice. Financial package would be more than what he’s on at Grimsby.

Tbh, the names I’ve been given as the “7 man shortlist” for the Southend job have shocked me. 3 out of the 7 are already in EFL jobs, one is a premier league cult hero with 0 managerial experience, 2 Southend legends and a young manager with non league experience. A real mix.

I have been a big critic of Kev this season, I felt we had met our ending with where could take us, gave us an unreal day at Wembley winning a cup but the time is right
My only concern is we’re weeks behind other clubs, and we need to renew contracts of players still.
