Trying to find the full text of Sunak’s sicknote speech. Doesn’t seem to be on No 10 website, just the press release. Perhaps they are embarrassed about it too. A billionaire PM whose party has corrupted politics and rewarded cronies and crooks tries to blame the sick and those who care for them for the problems they have created in 14 years of failure.

What a heart-breaking letter.
As a palliative care doctor I see the devastating effects of delayed cancer diagnoses with such awful frequency these days.
And it breaks my heart that NHS cancer services have been so relentlessly run down & degraded over the last decade.
