@LNER Thanks. Just odd to me that the 1900 was able to leave ( saw it depart) but we still have no ability to get an update (am sat in the train by the way).. I'm sure there is a logic to this but it's just not obvious to passengers , and lack of any clarity is incredibly frustrating.

@Rand_Ash Hello Ashmita, unfortunately we do not have an exact eta as we are awaiting crew which have been caught up in the disruption. Once there is further information, this shall be updated on the customer information boards at the station.

@LNER , will there be any proper updates and plans shared on when the 18.18 train will leave KGX for NCL?

@AndyRam72 @LumoTravel Yes. I'm travelling with my elderly father and young child so this is proving of no hello at all now.

@LumoTravel @Rand_Ash I appreciate that is not your fault but the response is extremely frustrating. I’m presuming someone is able to contact the train and someone knows where the train is. The 17:30 LNER service is now boarding.

@LumoTravel any idea what platform the delayed 16:24 from Kings Cross will be leaving? It’s due to leave now at 16:47. I have a reserved seat to Newcastle but can see no staff for advice.

@LumoTravel , since there doesn't seem to be any update on the 16.24 service from London to Edinburgh, would it be possible to use the tickets on @LNER services? They seem to be leaving and operating at a better pace.
