Here’s the transparency report from the previous BINIfied PH Arena Jholet fan support project led by @JLSweetiesUSA and @jl_sweeTICs ✨ Short story: it all started with a simple “tara mag fan support tayo” and the goal was just to distribute 60k photocards for all attendees. Then suddenly it became “magkano kaya magpa-bus wrap?” 😭 Little did we know, the project just kept growing bigger and bigger because of the overwhelming support from Blooms and Sweeties. This was actually our very first project, and hanggang ngayon hindi parin namin alam paano namin siya kinaya, but one thing’s for sure, none of this would’ve been possible without everyone who trusted and supported us along the way. We also want to give special acknowledgment to our collab partner @jl_sweeTICs , who truly became the hands and feet of this project. From personally meeting suppliers, coordinating materials, handling logistics, to staying up late just to attend Zoom meetings despite our different time zones, grabe yung dedication and effort nila behind the scenes. This project may have started from a simple idea, but it turned into something so much bigger because of the community that believed in it. We sincerely apologize for the shortcomings and mistakes on our end. We understand the frustrations and concerns raised, especially regarding communication, transparency, and timely updates. We acknowledge that there are areas we need to improve on, and we take full accountability for that. At the same time, we also want to clarify that all donations and funds were used for fandom projects, initiatives, and operational expenses related to the fanbase and its activities. We understand that people may still have their own judgments and opinions, but we hope everyone also understands that the team has always acted with genuine intentions for the fandom and the community. This experience became a wake-up call for us to do better moving forward, to improve our systems, strengthen transparency, and handle concerns more responsibly as the community continues to grow. @pickoneoffive @BiniSheenaOFC Add ko rin pala na bakit yung mga attachments nyo po @BiniSheenaOFC panay screenshots lang ng transfer? Yung dun sa banner malaking amount sya, pero pumayag po kayo na walang OR? or if may OR man, sana sinasama nyo rin sya sa attchements nyo. Hindi po sapat yung screenshots lang.
