Prosecutors say Andrew Tate choked one woman unconscious as he allegedly raped her at her home in Bedford in 2015.
Another claims he pinned her down until she couldn't breathe and was "afraid he would not stop and was going to kill her."
He faces 7 new counts of rape, plus sex trafficking, assault, and charges over indecent images of a child. That brings him to 42 charges total.
Tristan Tate is accused of repeatedly raping a woman he was with between 2012 and 2013, allegedly choking her unconscious and beating her with a belt. He's now at 17 charges.
Prosecutors say witness statements, messages, and photographs support the claims.
Both brothers deny all of it and call the charges politically motivated. As of Monday, Rubio had no plans to step in.
