@BianchiWeather I live in OKC and the TV mets all just say (and pretty much always have said) gulf moisture, moisture coming up from the gulf. That sort of thing. My son and his wife live in Longmont and both LOVE Colorado.

Any other broadcast mets struggling with what to call the Gulf on/off air? Just the Gulf? What do you do on air?

@DylanBuckingham Well I certainly miss seeing you and my other media buddies. But having lots of fun being mostly retired and going to Thunder and OSU games as purely a fan! I’m sure you will have great success with your new projects and I know for sure you will enjoy more time with family!!

I haven't advertised this, but 57 years after doctors in Columbus, Ohio told my parents that I probably wouldn't live to 20, they apparently were only off by 41-plus years. I'm going into hospice soon, but really don't know exactly how long I have...so will compete until the day I go home. I'm now on a ventilator 23-plus hours daily in bed (why I have so much time to post on social media and watch sports 😅), but very comfortable at this point and enjoying my family. I really delayed posting this, because I'll get the traditional "I'm so sorry..." and that's fine, but what I'd rather get from those I grew up with, went to college with, and those I've known since the 90's to share a favorite memory with you that I may have forgotten!! I'm very much at peace with this, as it was inevitable at some point, and I've been able to do so many things in a profession that I've created and love...and two of my sons will take over the family business and no doubt will take it to an entirely new level. I do believe strongly in prayer, and will take anything you've got, but DO NOT feel bad for me, as I've done so much and have been so blessed with family and friends in my 61-plus years. Ok, now that I've got that off my chest, let's talk sports...and bring it, as you know I definitely will 😉
