Kenmoore Air Crash at Sucia Island. If you had someone you knew on this plane, they all made it off the plane before it blew up. All sustained injuries, I’ll update as I know more. @KenmoreAir

The aircraft had a reported 11 people aboard, & all are accounted for. USCG, Canadian & local responders launched multiple assets to assist with the rescue. Several patients are being transported to local hospitals for medical evaluation and treatment.

Just heard that a Kenmore Air plane just crashed on Sucia Island in the San Juan Islands!! Lightning struck right around the time of the crash over Sucia so I imagine that was the cause. I heard that most of the people have been rescued but can't confirm. I pray everyone is okay! This photo is from Dave Eastman on Facebook who was boating around the crash area!
