At 5:25 p.m., Coast Guard Sector Puget Sound received a report of a Kenmore Air seaplane that made an emergency landing in North Beach Shallow Bay before catching fire.

Now seeing the video, conditions were not bad, something may of happen before the video started but clear the pilot or plane was in real trouble before it touched the water.
