Seems like the Sales team’s job is done once we make the payment. No response whatsoever, just a one-liner that website is live which is not the case. Not sure where is the promised dedicated manager or tech contact! Who can help? Whom can we escalate?

@ShiprocketCare @ShiprocketIndia @Shiprocketcare It’s a common practice followed by the courier partner these days, they are not signing the manifest and mentioning as it’s not required. All our recent packages are picked without manifest sign. Can you please help on this. @ekartlogistics
