@RangeRover my subscription for remote climate has expired and it is only giving me the option to pay £260 for secure & remote. This first happened in January but you kindly extended my subscription whilst you were fixing the issue. How do I get the £40 (without secure) please?

@amy_page89 It was for my son, he'd had his passport stolen in France. He works abroad so needed a replacement asap. Website says you can send a representative, (me) what it doesn't say is you need to be in the country. He was stranded in France awaiting travel docs, so no joy🤷.

@British_Airways I raised a missing baggage claim to try and track my daughter’s car seat whilst waiting at the oversize baggage in Denver. It turned up after a very long wait so I need to cancel the claim. How do I do this please? I can’t find a way to update the report.

@British_Airways I find this completely ridiculous. I did my part with helping the weight of the aircraft by not bringing an unnecessary bag for my 3 year old and you won’t let me use her allocated weight across 2 bags?! The same bags were overweight on the way from Gatwick and no issue!

@British_Airways I didn’t bring a 23kg bag for my third year old although she’s entitled. The agent in Tampa is telling me I can’t combine two overweight bags (2lbs each). Surely this isn’t correct? I’ve done this before many times.
