Pro Tip: If you're using the default prompts that an LLM / AI Visibility tool is giving you... with no customization:
You're tracking & working against AI-Slop prompts.
I've seen 10 accounts this month filled with prompts that make absolutely no sense to track...
This is why SEOs need a seat at the AI visibility table.
SEOs understand intent.
A lot of the new-age marketers have no clue what to track because they don't know how people search or discover products. It's a shame.

#3: Results. Outcomes of the work you're doing greatly impacts your reputation for both LLMs and real people. A testimonial, results update, "we did x for y company" is an easy win for gaining traction.
English

#2: Linking to "real life events". Posting about an actual event or project that is going on or starting tends to draw more of a response and build credibility in the eyes of LLM's.

@sickdotdev AI visibility and answering the question of how they view your brand, competition, industry

From what we've seen over the past few months, these are the top content types that AI's are citing the most:
#1: Listicles... nothing new here, listicles are still the go to for AI platforms. Make sure you're not just posting your own, but getting into others.
#2: Location pages. For small businesses this is critical, often times a local targeted page from a small business out competes larger competition. Position yourself as the "local expert in your area"
#3: Blog content. This builds a local voice, act as if you are an influencer. Boost your credibility by introducing the author. Ex. product deep dive, a day in the life, why we do it, etc.
#4. Social citations. This one is quickly on the rise, make sure videos are transcribed. Don't be afraid to post long form text as well. Reddit is the most valuable, but it needs to be clear you are representing your brand otherwise you will be banned for spam.
#5: Directories & Reviews. No actually, Google Business is not quite dead. While reviews are not the end all be all like in the past, these are still highly valuable for building credibility with AIs.
Though none of this should be new information, if you're not sure where to start follow this list in order. Get out a listicle, and target a specific location.
