@profkane @janrecker I’m always surprised when I do it, then get ghosted and have to follow up to make sure they received it. The “thank you” email isn’t even the lowest bar.

@janrecker I see it as equivalent to reviewing. It’s necessary service. The best “compensation” I ever received was a nice thank you note from the Dean for my time and letting me know how the case was decided. That should be the norm…

@tanya_shapiro 6 years ago during my MBA, @Ransbotham showed us a network graph of revolutionary patriots with Paul Revere at the center(as folklore would suggest)! I was hooked after I realized, I CAN DO THAT!

@robseamans @klakhani Well, I came from Atlanta to Boston at the same time Matt Ryan came from Boston to Atlanta. I assume an even swap since I never heard about future draft picks, etc. Why limit to one profession @klakhani when we can be more creative?

@klakhani True story: The year I graduated from Berkeley and headed to NYU Stern was also the year Mike Katz returned back to Berkeley from NYU Stern. John Morgan said to me "we won that trade: we got rid of you and got Katz back in the trade" He was kidding, I think, but it was funny.

Two laptop thefts, one laptop water spill, 10% of students out with official COVID notices. Flipped class and classroom recordings will help students make it though, but I think this is biggest challenge since the “Chipotle Incident” of a few years back.
