Today I met a warrior judge in court. He was scolding a woman and her advocate for filing a fake case against an innocent man. The conversation went like this: Judge: Why did you file fake case against this man? Woman: My lord… I’m sorry. Judge: Sorry? Do you even understand what you have done? An innocent man and his entire family have been dragged into years of stress, humiliation, and litigation. Woman: I didn’t realize it would go this far. Judge: That is exactly the problem. People file allegations casually, but innocent families pay the price for years. Courts are not meant to be used as tools for harassment. I am initiating perjury proceedings against you and contempt against the lawyer who assisted in filing this false case. (Everyone was stunned by what just happened.) A 13-year-old girl studying in Class VIII was subjected to aggravated sexual assault by a gang of more than 12 of whom six were juvenile offenders aged between 16 and 17 years. All the six juvenile offenders were school dropouts. One of the nine adults was a college student pursuing fashion designing. The victim child became pregnant because of their cruel act and gave birth to a baby boy on May 15, 2025. However, the newborn died within three days of birth.
