Thuế crypto: Chính phủ vừa hướng dẫn kê khai Ngày 06/4/2026, Bộ Tài chính ban hành Thông tư 41/2026/TT-BTC hướng dẫn kê khai, khấu trừ và nộp thuế tài sản mã hóa. Hiện tại chưa có sàn Việt Nam chính thức, nên nếu bạn trade trên sàn quốc tế, swap coin hay bán P2P, bạn phải tự kê khai và nộp 0,1% trên giá trị bán ra (tổng hợp theo tháng). Anh em sẽ chủ động kê khai ngay hay chờ sàn Việt Nam ra để sàn khấu trừ tự động?

Biết Hên cũng lâu rồi, cũng có tiếng nhưng không nghĩ lại làm ăn ẩu vậy. Thông tư nêu rõ trách nhiệm của tổ chức và điều khoản thi hành tại điều 5 và 6. NHƯ VẬY, TRONG THÔNG TƯ 41/2026 NÀY CHƯA CÓ HƯỚNG DẪN CHO CÁ NHÂN TỰ KÊ KHAI, CÁC BIỂU MẪU TRONG TT LÀ DÀNH CHO TỔ CHỨC. Đề nghị mọi người đọc kỹ, nghĩ thấu đáo trước khi cung cấp bất cứ nội dung gì về luật, pháp lý. Nếu có thể hãy tham khảo ý kiến luật sư trước khi cung cấp thông tin cho người khác, tránh gây hiểu sai, hoang mang, lan truyền thông tin không đúng ạ.

Cứ cho là VN thua, nhưng đảng CSVN vẫn quản lý điều hành đất nước, đi từ cấm vận đến đối tác chiến lược. Còn đội ba que thắng nhưng chạy cụ hết sang Mỹ, sống lưu vong, mõm thì cứ chõ về nấu xói Việt Nam. Tôi đang làm cty Mỹ, có bà sếp năm nào cũng sang VN thăm anh em với tút tát thẩm mỹ ít nhất một lần, bà nói VN là quê hương thứ hai của bả, người Mỹ họ còn vậy. Nghĩ mà thương cho một nhóm người đến quê cha đất tổ mà cũng không dám về mà nhìn xem nó khác xưa như thế nào.

Main problem is that noone use Dmail without... Airdrops. There might be a few, but not much, think of signing transactions out every single email sent, that's not the way traditional mails do, event if they had to pay their own mail memories, it's not like pay it maily... 2nd thing is, web2 mail platform is good enough, they dont have any reason to move to web3 mail platform

Dmail proved decentralized email works. They also proved it's too expensive. NEAR Email is the fix. Dmail ran for 5 years: storage on Filecoin/Arweave, compute on ICP canisters, routing via DePIN relay nodes, identity across 35 chains. Every layer cost 10x more than the centralized equivalent. They shut down. NEAR Email takes the opposite approach: put only the critical part on-chain, run everything else off-chain via @out_layer. What's on-chain: key derivation. NEAR's MPC network gives every .near account a deterministic encryption key - same scheme behind Chain Signatures. Your NEAR account is your email identity. No signup. What's off-chain: everything else. Standard SMTP receives mail, encrypts on the fly with the recipient's derived key, plaintext immediately discarded. Encrypted blobs go to PostgreSQL. Between NEAR accounts - emails are end-to-end encrypted and never exist in plaintext at all. The mail server can only encrypt, never decrypt. Decryption happens exclusively inside a TEE. PostgreSQL instead of Filecoin. SMTP instead of DePIN relayers. TEE instead of on-chain compute. Same security guarantees, fraction of the cost. NEAR(.)Email is live on mainnet today.
