At that point it’s not confusion… it’s entitlement.
Nail salons (and hair salons too) need to start getting paid up front. Period.
These workers aren’t running a charity—they’re providing a service.
Imagine doing your job and someone just walks off like your time means nothing.
Actions have consequences.
