A Nice, dans le quartier de l'Ariane, ce samedi 18 avril 2026, mon client a subi un véritable déchainement de violence de la part de deux individus se revendiquant policier. Grâce au témoignage d'un habitant et à sa vidéo, nous avons déposé plainte cet après midi afin que toute lumière soit faite sur cette affaire. Nous avançons deux hypothèses : 1. La première, ce sont effectivement des policiers à l'image qui se comportent comme des voyous. 2. La seconde, hypothétique, serait, que ce soit des individus étrangers à la police qui prétendent l'être. En l'espèce, on entend quand même distinctement les agresseurs se revendiquer policiers, et les techniques d'étranglement et le prétexte futile avancé pour l'agression "il n'aurait pas montré ses papiers", nous laissent croire que ce sont bien des policiers à l'image. Face à cela, nous demandons qu'une enquête exigeante soit réalisée sans délai et que tout soit fait pour interpeller les auteurs de cette agression sauvage.

John Ashby, 32, has admitted the racially aggravated rape of a Sikh woman after he broke into her home in Walsall and mistook her for Muslim. He stalked her from a bus, forced entry with a stick from her driveway and subjected her to a prolonged sexual assault on 25 October last year. During the attack Ashby called her a “fing Muslim b*”, told her he was a “British master” and ordered her to repeat degrading phrases. He raped her in the bathroom, strangled her with his hands around her neck, then dragged her to the bedroom before robbing her of jewellery and her phone. Ashby pleaded guilty at Birmingham Crown Court to rape, intentional strangulation, religiously aggravated assault and robbery. The judge warned he is a “very dangerous individual” and is considering a life sentence. Sentencing is set for 25 April.
