If company bosses want to increase their pay, they should do the same for their lowest paid staff.
Under the @scottishgreens' 10:1 pay ratio plans, that's exactly what they'd need to do before getting a penny in public grants/contracts.

@Ratousaa @callumseuk I’ve worked many catering jobs and never been able to drink at them? I’ve worked in 3 kitchens 3 waiting jobs never had a drink at them. A working lunch with drinks is a pretty middle class phenomenon. Parliament drinking being allowed is absolutely exceptional

actually i think it’s a very british thing to discuss important matters over a drink in a pub. if anything, i feel it puts mps back in the heads of ordinary brits.
and i think this shows so called ‘working class’ hannah doesnt really get the working class traditions of the UK.

@kentishIP @callumseuk I'm working class had various jobs over the years, a working lunch drinks has always been acceptable, perhaps not every day. When I worked in kitchens, the owner at times would drop a crate in for us to share

@IrisDuane The party used to be mainly environmental. I understand for government the party needs to tackle other issues. Illegal migration is a real problem, reform show how much an issue this is. I think we should be drilling in the north sea to manage the transition to renewables also
