With @realDonaldTrump tax policies 1 in 5 single family homes are being bought by asset management companies. Not by residents.

Prediction: Property taxes on paid-off homes will be abolished or dramatically reduced within 5–10 years. Logic: Democracy = most votes wins. Largest voting bloc? Boomers. Politicians cater to the largest bloc. For years, boomers wanted home values to go up, so policies restricted new housing, driving up home values. Now many Boomers are retiring on fixed incomes and struggling to afford property taxes on those inflated values. Political pressure shifts: reduce or eliminate property taxes. Government cant afford to do it for everyone, so they’ll just do it for “paid off homes” to make boomers happy.

New hotfix for ARC Raiders just went live. Fixes: - Fixed an issue that caused unintended fire rate changes to several weapons. - Fixed an issue where some cosmetics available through Raider Tokens were missing from the customization menu if they hadn’t been purchased yet. - Fixed an issue where parts of the Ukrainian localization unintentionally appeared in the game.

Migrating birds have set up roost in Buried City - They're not just passing through, they’re scavengers just like us. Their nests are a great place to look for rare items, but be careful up there.
