@SkyHelpTeam So If this random person has switched my account to another supplier. Does this mean all my services have been cancelled with sky? as in I can set up an account with another supplier and I won’t still have an account with you now and be charged anything?

@RavernGeorgia Lines can be provisioned between providers without the need to speak with an account holder. When we receive a line takeover from another provider we send a letter to confirm this to ensure that this is being done at your request. Did you receive this correspondence? ^LB

@RavernGeorgia Sorry to read your reply today. Due to data protection rules and regulations our agents are not allowed to access an account with a 3rd party unless there is a password on the account which the person knows. ^LS
