Established fintechs adding stablecoins as a modular layer to their existing banking stack makes perfect sense. But a wallet that can store and move programmable money is too powerful a primitive not to become the new center of gravity for how financial services are built.

the whole point of exiting to stables is to stop losing money. if they're just sitting there, you didn't stop losing. you just stopped noticing

we learned this the hard way at Otus launched our private beta as a chatbot that could build onchain strategies and execute them. users loved chatting with it. but deposit rate was only 4% rebuilt around a familiar savings account UI. deposits jumped 15x
