earn yield on stables with no staking/lockups: @solomon_labs from @incubator cohort 4 Solomon is bring more composability to dollar through a yield-as-a service infrastructure. how it works: the protocol consists of 2 tokens and the underlying yield infrastructure they coined as Yield as a Service. - USDv is a stablecoin that is maintained at a peg of $1 through two-way arbitrage. - sUSDV is a staked token of USDv. rewards are distributed to the staking contract another part of the protocol is the yield engine which the team packed into yield as a service. it allows to stream Solomon’s rewards directly to wallets that hold USDv with no staking, lockups or wrappers. it’s a great use case for neobanks if they want to offer in app earn feature (btw they’ve partnered with Avici) and also for LPs and market makers who can hold USDv as a working capital and earn yield on top. differentiator: Solomon made a yield generation stack into infrastructure which makes their stablecoin actually composable across wallets/protocols and unifies the liquidity (compared to wraps). partnerships: the project was a part of Solana’s incubator Cohort #4. also they have launched a pool on Meteora with USDv x oro gold. as of late April they are a part of a Global Dollar Network meaning that USDG is now accepted as collateral backing USDv. @oxranga & the team are building one of the best stable products in solana eco
