We purchased a Tata Croma 2-ton AC from Croma in February 2023. At the time of purchase, the sales executive told us that the AC had a 1-year comprehensive warranty and a 5-year warranty on the outdoor PCB and compressor. We trusted his words. @jagograhakjago @cromaretail

@cromaretail They probably have no fear of consumer forums because they are capable of maintaining a large team of lawyers (by looting people like us).

@cromaretail In the end, they closed our complaint saying that we refused to pay further money.We never expected such a bad experience from a brand like Tata. It seems that only a few days have passed since Tata, and these people have already started damaging its name and cheating customers.

@cromaretail they are not ready to provide even a single day of warranty on the new PCB. Our other AC units have been working well for 10–10 years, but this one became so bad within just 2 years that it feels fit to be thrown into scrap.

In February 2026, the AC stopped working and we registered a complaint. A technician came. Without even touching the AC, he took ₹590 and left. Later, over the phone, he advised replacing both PCBs. We were told that we would have to pay for the indoor PCB.

केवल भाजपा की बात करें तो... . राजस्थान में दो सीट्स कम हो रही हैं... . बिहार में करीब चार सीट्स का नुकसान हो रहा है.. . महाराष्ट्र में करीब 4-5 सीट्स का नुकसान है... . लेकिन... . तेलंगाना में नंबर वन पार्टी बन रही है... 10 सीट्स तक आ सकती हैं.. . तमिलनाडु में 2-3 . बंगाल में कम से कम 6 सीट्स का फायदा हो रहा है... . ओड़िशा में 3-5 सीट्स एक्स्ट्रा आ रही हैं... . आंध्र में 3 सीट्स एड हो रही हैं... . केरला में ख़ाता खुलने की उम्मीद है... . यू पी में कम से कम 10सीट्स बढ़ेंगी... ================ थोड़ा लॉजिक तो लगाओ... आप चाहे मोदी के समर्थक हों या विरोधी..लॉजिक किसी की बपौती नहीं.... भाजपा की सीट्स बढ़ ही रही हैं कम नहीं हो सकती... किसी भी हाल में.. ================ . भाजपा के समर्थकों में सबसे बड़ा दुर्गुण है कि वो अंडर-कॉंफिडेंट रहते हैं... कोई कुतर्क दे तो वो तुरंत निराशा से घिर जाते हैं.. खुद की समझ पर शक करने लगते हैं... काउंटर नहीं कर पाते...इसके विपरीत डॉटेड वाले... लाख फटी हो... अंदर से पता है कि लौवे लग चुके हैं पर बाहर जाहिर नहीं करते... ओवर कॉंफिडेंट रहते हैं.... . भाजपा समर्थकों को शाइनिंग इंडिया के दौर में हुए धोखे से बाहर आना होगा... ध्यान रहे.. मोदी अटलबिहारी नहीं है... उसे इन कंजरो का इलाज पता है... Tit for tat जानता है...
