Today brought deeper levels of concern for our members. So many have taken the tough decision to lay off staff, keeping a skeleton team in place to simply keep door open (eg 1 Restaurant of 26 staff now down to 4) & many more have closed until further notice. This is fact.

Absolutely fantastic news for the Droimeann cattle and a recognition for another native Irish Breed. These breeds are dual purpose, more sustainable. We don’t need to be vegan we just need to respect realistic outputs and pay properly and respect animals.
