Four of our crews are currently tackling a fire on Elm Avenue in Standish, Wigan. Local residents are advised to keep all windows and doors closed. We ask that people avoid the area while firefighters carry out their work.

Police Update Officers in Wigan responded to a Burglary at Lidl, Preston Road, Standish, 11.30pm on Thursday 9th January. Officers arrested 4 suspects. The investigation is currently ongoing.
